Physical Education Little Lessons

Welcome to the PE Little Lessons page.  I hope you are all well and keeping active and healthy.

The most important thing for us in the PE Department is that you are all getting some fresh air daily and keeping as active as you possibly can.  Whether it’s the Joe Wicks workout, Max Whitlock’s gymnastics challenges, Diversity’s dance tutorials, yoga or anything else available to you, it’s good to keep active.  As you’ve seen from the online videos, you don’t need a lot of space to keep fit.  Try to get your family involved too as everyone needs a bit of exercise to keep up those happy hormones. 


The guideline for children is to do at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day, so if you’re doing a workout and a walk, jog or bike ride this should be easy to achieve.

There are some keeping active links for you below which will take you to a variety of activities online.  These will be updated as we find new ones, as everyone who exercises regularly will know that variety is the key to keeping enthusiastic and motivated.  Please check back to see the updated links.


We will be continuing to add little challenges for PE and ideas for activities that will keep you busy at home.   We will also be including some challenges from England Cricket Board, England Athletics, SASP and many more.  There should be something for everyone.
